Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl is an American teen drama series based on the book series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar. The series was created by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, and premiered on The CW on September 19, 2007. Narrated by the omniscient yet unseen blogger “Gossip Girl”, voiced by Kristen Bell, the series revolves around the lives of privileged young adults on Manhattan’s Upper East Side in New York City.
The series begins with the return of Upper East Side “It” girl, Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) from a mysterious stay at a boarding school in Cornwall, Connecticut.[1] Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester), whom creators describe as the queen at the center of their chess game,is a longtime friend and occasional rival of Serena’s, and the Queen Bee of Constance Billard School’s social scene.The story also follows Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick), the bad boy of the Upper East Side; “Golden boy” Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford), Chuck’s best friend and Blair’s ex; and other characters of the turbulent Manhattan scene: Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley), Nate’s friend and Serena’s on-again, off-again ex; Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr), Dan’s best friend; and Dan’s sister, Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen).
On April 26, 2011, The CW renewed Gossip Girl for a fifth season beginning fall 2011.

Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox in the United States, and on Global and Fox Canada in Canada. It touches on the high school glee club New Directions competing on the show choir competition circuit, while its members deal with relationships, sexuality and social issues. The initial main cast encompassed club director and Spanish teacher Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch), guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays), Will’s ex-wife Terri (Jessalyn Gilsig), and eight club members played by Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Mark Salling and Jenna Ushkowitz. For the second season, formerly recurring cast members Mike O’Malley, Heather Morris and Naya Rivera were promoted to the main cast.

Frank was a Marine during the Vietnam War and often serves as the moral center of the family. He has an indifferent attitude towards politics, often taking on the mayor and numerous reporters who misinterpret his actions or to get things done.
Donnie Wahlberg as Daniel “Danny” Reagan, Detective. Danny was a Marine in the Iraq War. He is happily married with two sons.
Bridget Moynahan as Erin Reagan-Boyle, Assistant District Attorney and single mother. Erin is almost raped and killed at the end of episode 9, “Re-Do”, though Frank saves her life by shooting her attacker.
Will Estes as Jamison “Jamie” Reagan, rookie police officer and recent Harvard Law graduate. He was the one who continued Joe Reagan’s investigation about the Blue Templar.
Len Cariou as Henry Reagan, retired Police Commissioner, father of Frank and grandfather of Danny, Erin and Jamie. Cariou, separated in age from Selleck by only five years, wears a dental prosthetic for the part of Henry.

A Gifted Man

Michael Holt (Patrick Wilson) is a talented but self-absorbed surgeon at an upscale New York City clinic. He lives a comfortable and materialistic life due to the wealthy clients he treats, but is nevertheless discontent with his life and acts coldly to those around him. This life is thrown into disarray, however, when he is visited by the ghost of his ex-wife Anna (Jennifer Ehle), who was recently killed in a car accident. Anna asks Michael to help keep running the free clinic she previously directed, which leads Michael to be exposed to poorer patients in need who are far different from his usual clientele. Michael’s sister Christina (Julie Benz), a single mother struggling to care for her troubled teenage son Milo (Liam Aiken), believes in the supernatural and is thrilled with the idea that Anna is back in Michael’s life, as she insists he was a better person when she was around.

2 Broke Girls

Set in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, the series chronicles the lives of two waitresses in their twenties—Max (Kat Dennings), who comes from a poor working-class family (and works an additional job as a nanny to a Manhattan socialite), and Caroline (Beth Behrs), who was born rich but is now disgraced and peniless due to her father being caught operating a Bernard Madoff-esque Ponzi scheme—working together at a Brooklyn restaurant. The two become fast friends and build their dream of one day opening a cupcake shop (for which they need to raise $250,000), although they can barely afford anything with the pay they receive at work, and must continually find ways to make ends meet. Among those working with them at the restaurant are their boss, Han Lee (Matthew Moy); Oleg (Jonathan Kite), an upbeat Russian cook; and Earl (Garrett Morris), the cashier. At the end of each episode, a tally shows how much of the $250,000 goal they have earned so far.

Hart of Dixie

Season 1

Fast-talking New Yorker and brand new doctor Zoe Hart has it all figured out - after graduating top of her class from medical school, she'll follow in her father's footsteps and become a cardio-thoracic surgeon.

But when her dreams fall apart, Zoe decides to accept an offer from a stranger, Dr. Harley Wilkes, to work with him at his small practice in Bluebell, Alabama. Zoe arrives in this small Gulf Coast town only to find that Harley has passed away and left his half of the medical practice to her in his will.

She quickly finds that Southern hospitality isn't always so hospitable - the other doctor in town, Brick Breeland, is less than pleased to be sharing the practice with this young outsider, and his daughter, Lemon, is a Southern belle whose sweet disposition turns sour when she meets Zoe.

Zoe's only allies are the mayor, former football star Lavon Hayes, her bad-boy neighbor Wade Kinsella, and handsome lawyer George Tucker - who just happens to be Lemon's fiance. Zoe is out of her element and ready to pack her bags, but a surprise visit by her snobby New York mother leads to Zoe's decision to stay in Bluebell for a while, discovering small-town life and a side of herself she hadn't known was there.
